What To Expect

Distance Reiki naturally holds the gifts of energy healing and intuitive guidance and offers an opportunity to receive energy healing from anywhere in the world. Using my skills as a Reiki Master and my innate intuitive gifts, a container of comfort is created to encourage connection with loved ones past or spirit guides and the opportunity for Universal messages to shine through opens in the time together.

Working collaboratively using conversation and energy healing, we will delve into your innermost questions, feelings and musing helping you to sort out current concerns and challenges. Each session is intentionally held in sacred space to promote alignment with your authentic self and allows you to come home to your heart.

A comfortable and safe place to lie down where you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the session will be the most beneficial for you. We will begin with a heartfelt conversation, set an intention and I will lead you through a guided meditation to settle your body and acquaint our energies. For the duration of the treatment, we will remain on the phone together. I use affirmations ‘spoken’ through your energy to help ground you.

Distance Reiki + Intuitive Reading appointments are 75 minutes in length and include up to 60 minutes of energy healing with conversation and intuitive guidance intertwined throughout the session. The intuitive conversation is an important and integral part of the session and elevates your healing experience to move you more easily towards clarity, deeper self--awareness and helps you create meaningful change.

Any intuitive guidance or messages from your session will be typed up and sent via email within one week of your scheduled session. I enjoy helping clients like you continue their healing outside of our session together by teaching simple tools and giving resources to support your wellness when appropriate. Please wear comfortable and loose clothing for your session. Sessions take place via phone.
